About

The Columbia River Maritime Museum in Astoria covers the river's shipping, navigation and Coast Guard rescue work, as well as the maritime culture of the region's Indigenous peoples. The museum is open daily except Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Lightship Columbia, a floating lighthouse moored beside it, can be boarded for a smaller fee on a shorter schedule, and a 3D film is sold separately.
