About

ʻImiloa links Polynesian wayfinding with the astronomy done on Maunakea, through a 12,000-square-foot exhibit hall and a 10K planetarium. Tickets cover the exhibit hall and planetarium for the day, with lower prices for Hawaiʻi residents. It is closed Mondays and on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve and Day. The site also has a restaurant and a store.

Run by: University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.
