About
The Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery is a historic landmark that still bakes soft pretzels on site. The 25-minute tour covers the original 1861 ovens and the history of pretzel baking, and each guest twists a piece of practice dough, which is discarded afterwards. The bakery says it is not a modern factory. A separate booking form handles groups of 21 or more.
