    About

USS Pampanito is a Balao-class submarine from World War II, kept by the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association at Pier 45. Visitors board with a ticket bought online or at the pier, and the page lists a 30-minute audio tour as an add-on. The boat is being restored to how it looked in late summer 1945. The association says it must be dry-docked every seven years, so check the page before a visit.
